Colorado Protection and Advocacy for Individual Rights

The Protection and Advocacy of Individual Rights (PAIR) program was established to protect the legal and human rights of individuals with disabilities who are not eligible for the Client Assistance Program or the Protection and Advocacy Systems for persons with developmental disabilities or individuals with mental illness. Through this program The Legal Center serves individuals with other physical disabilities, including HIV and AIDS. The Legal Center has focused on housing discrimination, eligible persons in institutional settings, and assisting persons living with HIV/AIDS.
